RSG was founded by John and Nicki Elmendorf, both Occupational Therapists to provide Rehabilitaiton Management Services for Skilled Nursing Facilities. Rehabilitation Management has been an over-priced venue for small skilled nursing facilities and small skilled nursing facility groups that are privately owned and/or not for profit. RSG strives to provide an affordable option for Skilled Nursing Facilities while maintaining a high level of clinical, financial and compliance guidance for facilities. With over 50 years of combined Rehabilitation Experience, RSG can support your facility through onsite and remote education and direct partnering with each of your departments.
